TERMS OF SALE:
Sale, custom, appliqué,
embroidered and monogrammed items are final sale. There are no
returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Custom, embroidered and
monogrammed items have a 4-8 week production time.
Delivery time for in-stock
items are about 10 business days
this sale, you may find that our phone lines are busy, or cannot be
answered right away while assisting other customers. Please email us
with any questions that you may have and we will respond to your
email right away. We will be happy to speak with you by
telephone to further discuss the specifics of your order.
Due to the large volume of swatch requests during this yearly event,
please note the following procedure for receiving fabric/thread
1. Please mail us a fabric/sham/wallpaper/paint sample chip
for color matching. Please note the specific
item/collection that you are interested in and the color you would like
to coordinate. We will mail you up to 4 or 5 samples at no charge.
Additional samples have a small charge and mailing fee. If you have
placed your order, there is no charge for any swatches. Please
allow 7-10 business days to receive swatches. Your samples will be

2. Custom, embroidered, monogram and sale orders must be placed by
Saturday, January 31st to take advantage of the sale.
ORDERING: There are LOTS of options, styles, and colors! You
may place your order securely online or by telephone. If you place your
order online, we will review your order and then confirm by email within
a few hours all the details of your order along with any questions.
Please be sure to add us to your address book and/or check your
'spam or junk' email box to ensure that you receive these important
emails. If you place your order by telephone, we will take the
details of your order, and email you a copy of your order. When you
receive the email with your order information, you will need to
confirm back to us by email that the order details are correct.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER: After all the details of your order is
confirmed, we will process your order for production. Custom, appliqué,
embroidered, and monogrammed items have a production time of 4-8 weeks.
Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days. Custom, embroidered,
monogrammed, and sale items cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
All custom, embroidered, monogrammed and sale items are charged in full
at the time that the order is confirmed. After your order is confirmed,
you will see the full charge appear on your account.
DETAILS: We will email you periodic updates on your order. When your
order is complete and/or ready for shipping, we will email you in
advance of shipping your order to you. We will forward all of the
shipping and tracking number details. FedEx & UPS typically require a
signature upon delivery for orders valued over $500.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All details must be confirmed via email.
International shipping charges will apply. Customs, fees, taxes,
delivery charges, broker details are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship all International Orders via USPS International Priority Mail.
Bella Lino Inc. reserves the right at their discretion to accept
and/or refuse International Orders.
