embroidered, monogrammed and special order linens are among the finest offered in the world
today. From being showcased in some of the finest home
today to working directly with designers (and celebrities) across the United
States, Canada and Europe, we now also bring these extraordinary linens to
you for their beauty, longevity and quality. As you
would expect, a great deal of time goes into the planning and
production of these beautiful linens. These linens are not mass
produced and many are constructed using dressmaker details. Please review our
policies regarding these special luxury linens. We thank you in advance for

1-Please order carefully. Custom,
embroidery, monogrammed and special orders are not eligible for any type of credit,
exchange or refund. In the event an error is made on our part, your order
will be replaced.
2-Unless otherwise stated, normal delivery for
your custom order is within 6-9 weeks. From time to time, due to
circumstances out of our control (peak season, fabric, trim and/or
embellishment availability), delivery can run an additional 2-3 weeks.
Most of these fabrics and trims are imported from Europe, and may require an
additional lead time. While it is only on a rare occasion that this
occurs, we do want you to be aware of it.
3-Upon
receipt of your order, it will be checked and reviewed first for correctness. If we see
anything unusual or questionable, we will contact you right away. All custom
, embroidered, monogram and special orders are charged in full at the time the order is processed.
Once an order is processed, which is normally within 24 hours, we are unable
to accept any cancellation as the manufacturers and monogrammers do not
accept cancellations once they receive the order from us. We do adhere to
this policy.
4-Monograms are placed according to what the monogrammer feels is the best position and
for appropriateness. If you have a particular preference for
where your monogram is placed, please type it in the Special Instructions
box when you place the order, or you may also email or call us with the
details. You may also mail any swatches
of your fabric that you would like to match to thread colors. Due to the
nature of our custom embroidery, there may be slight differences in
embroidery width, height and dye lot color from order to order. Therefore, it is highly
recommended that all custom work be ordered together at the same time. We
cannot guarantee that all embroidery will be identical from order to order.
5-We follow
up frequently on your order to check on production. You will receive an email
approximately 2 weeks prior to your order being shipped. You may of course
check in with us at any time you wish. Your order will be shipped via
ground delivery (within the US), or US Prioriity Mail--along with specific care instructions that we offer
as a guide. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the
tracking information.
